what is CLASS
Class provides home and community-based services to individuals with related conditions as a cost-effective alternative to an intermediate facility for individuals with an intellectual disability or related conditions. (ICF-IID) Patients must be diagnosed before the age of 22.
(Related Condition Ex: Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida, Head Injuries, Muscular Dystrophy, Epilepsy, etc.)
